This team aids others in the discovery of the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. God loves us – it is life changing news worth sharing! We don’t pound the pavement or knock on doors, we share the stories of our own faith experiences and we earnestly pray with and for people to help “unbind the gospel” so they may be in relationship with Jesus too!
The Ministry of World and Community Outreach
“I was hungry and you gave me something to eat.” Matthew 25:35
This ministry team and countless volunteers are the hands of Christ from First Christian Church in our community, serving this area through food delivery at Christmas to clothing children for school in the fall. This team wants to serve Christ by serving others, both here and around the world.
The Ministry of Stewardship
“God put him (in the garden) to work its ground and to take care of it.” Genesis 2:15
This team provides leadership and vision for the resources of time, talent and treasure given by this community for the advancement of the reign of God.
The Property Ministry
“When the house of God was set apart, the people of Israel celebrated with joy.” Ezra 6:16
This team cares for, maintains, and develops the “real property” of the congregation. They prepare our space so that it may be fully utilized to share the good news of Jesus Christ with visitors and members.
